The Veterinary Hospitals Association has an immediate opening for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team as a full-time associate. As an Administrative Assistant role requires someone who will wear several different “hats” throughout the day and handle multiple responsibilities at the same time. Your role will be critical in helping ensure multiple areas of administrative duties to assist our team provide the highest level of customer service and integrity we strive for. Our ideal candidate is able to perform normal office functions, is highly organized, ability to work independently, able to maintain their own workload, and work prioritization.

Requirements:

2 years’ experience in administration with a focus on data entry

QuickBooks Desktop and Online Experience

Receiving, scanning, coding, and entering invoices

Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel

Ability to work independently

Highly organized

Valid driver’s license and cleaning driving record

Duties may include but not limited to:

Assist with paperwork entry and recordkeeping

Bank and Ledger Reconciliations

A/P & A/R

Answering the phone, monitoring messages, and coordinating with the team on schedules

Ordering office supplies

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Pay may depend on skills and/or qualifications
